Yes, with Connexease, you can manage all your communication channels, including Whatsapp, with more than one person at the same time.

What do I need to use Whatsapp on Connexease? icon-primary-chevron-down

You will need Whatsapp Business Api Access. Connexease can take care of the application for you as per our agreements with Whatsapp Business Solution Provider partners. For Api Application, you will need a Facebook Business Manager whose “Business Status” is approved for your company. You will also need a phone number to use for Whatsapp.

How long does it take to start using Whatsapp on Connexease? icon-primary-chevron-down

If you have an approved Facebook Business Manager for your company, you can start using your Whatsapp channel on Connexease within 2-3 business days.

Does the integration of other communication channels, other than Whatsapp, take a long time? icon-primary-chevron-down

No, other communication channels can be integrated instantly and ready for immediate use.

Can we integrate our CRM, that we use with Connexease, into our company? icon-primary-chevron-down

Yes, Connexease provides strong API support for companies. Thus, you can integrate all data from reports, chat content, and chats into your own system through the API.

Does Connexease charge an extra setup fee in addition to regular service prices? icon-primary-chevron-down

No, Connexease does not charge any fees except for the items written on our price list.

Can we host Connexease on our company servers? icon-primary-chevron-down

Yes, you can use Connexease on your own server. Just contact us about the pricing and installation processes of this.

Can we use the platform over the phone? icon-primary-chevron-down

No, Connexease is a desktop compatible web-based platform. Therefore, it can only be used on a computer for now. But, we have some good news here; we are working on a mobile app for customer care agents, we will be launching it shortly, stay tuned.

What is the number of 'Unique Monthly Customers' in pricing? icon-primary-chevron-down

The number of unique customers communicating with your company within the calendar month. The same customer re-communicating with you at certain times of the month is reflected in your monthly Unique Customer number in the same month as +1.

Can we re-establish our Whatsapp number on the phone when we stop using the Connexease Platform? icon-primary-chevron-down

Due to the constraints of Whatsapp, a phone number that is defined in Whatsapp Business Api cannot be set up again in a phone.

What will the data collection/analytics be able to tell us? icon-primary-chevron-down

You can measure your productivity via data collection such as the number of customers writing to your company daily, the number of incoming and outgoing messages, the company-based and user-based first and average response time.
